Yoga Workshop Muladhara – Essentials of the holistic yoga class, how to bring your practice to new level and sustain personal development.
As yoga teacher, often I realize that time in my classes is flying and there is no opportunity to spend more quality time for important yoga elements like mantras’ chanting, bhandas (energy locks), pranayama (breathing exercises), Surya Namaskara (sun salutation) and deep relaxation (Yoga nidra), thus I come up with idea to conduct workshop with detailed examination of already mentioned yoga elements, where will be enough time for them. During this, two day workshop we will discuss in details major aspects of yoga, as well do practical exercises in Akhanda and Hatha-Raja Yoga style.
All workshop participants will receive certificate, that they had listened fourteen hours course, which could be interesting for yoga teachers registered with yoga alliance, because I am RYT500 that makes my workshops legitimate for Continual Education which require minimum 10 contact hours, according to yoga alliance’s rules.
